"Can a ring that has been engraved be returned?"

If a ring has been personalized with custom engraving it is not eligible for a refund/exchange.  It is still covered by the Moissanite warranty and our jewelry warranty against manufacturing defects.  Depending on the style of the ring it may be possible to change the size/shape of the center stone.  Ring sizing is also possible, but in most cases it would require that the ring be engraved again.
